Care team members

At Northwest Enforcement we do security differently. We are transparent with our team and our clients. We look for team members that are humble and have resolve. We look for team members that want to provide value to the team and the community we serve because nothing less will do. We are looking for team members that reflect our core values. We are looking for team members who are willing to receive detailed training, be skilled in specialized post orders and services that require them to hold special certificates or get badged for specialized facilities.

Care team members should be detail-oriented, able to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment and enjoy work with a heavy emphasis on customer service and outreach. Care team members spend most of their shift working on their feet and outdoors, interacting with business owners, residents, and shoppers. Building relationships through common ground and shared experiences, Care team members focus on facilitating connections to resources for houseless neighbors within the Central Eastside Industrial District.
