Patrol Officers

We are looking for team members who are willing to receive detailed training, be skilled in specialized post orders and services that require them to hold special certificates or get badged for specialized facilities.

Patrol Officers complete vehicle and foot patrols on multiple properties within a specific area during their shift. They respond to alarm and resident calls for their properties.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Shifts are usually 11.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch that ranges between the hours of 6:30p-8:00a.

Our Patrol Officers typically work either a Sunday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Saturday set schedule.

You must have open availability with no work restrictions to work on patrol. As well as a current and valid driver’s license in either the state of Oregon or Washington.

Overtime opportunities are sometimes available for officers who wish to work more than their normal work week.

Not DPSST certified? That is okay, we offer free DPSST Unarmed classes at our office for our team members. We also offer a variety of other classes such as DPPST Armed training, ASP classes, OC Pepper Spray, De-escalation, Trauma Informed Care, First Aid and CPR, and more!

DPSST does require that you have a high school diploma or GED, as well as the ability to read and write in English.

DPSST also requires that a OSP background be passed as well as a drug test that complies with federal standards.

Pay: Starting at $22/hour (with opportunities for higher differentials available)

Benefits: After your probationary period (90 days) we have medical, dental and vision benefits that are available to our full-time team members (the company pays a percentage of the premiums). You also qualify for Protected Sick Time (PST). Paid Time Off (PTO) is available after one year for full-time team members.
