Why We're Different
While our patrol teams cover the smallest possible areas to ensure quick response times, we have fourteen patrol vehicles on the road every night so we can cover your properties all around the metro area and even up to Longview and Kelso, where we added an office in 2020. We combine regular patrol services with our proprietary SRT software to ensure our services are transparent and accountable.
Our patrol officers engage with your site ready to record what they see and hear on your property in real time. You can sign up for automatic emails to follow activity logs on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Incident reports will be automatically emailed to you the morning after a situation at any of your properties.
Security Checks
- Lock and unlock pools, lounges, laundry areas, theater rooms, roof decks and more
- Patrol interior, exterior and parking area(s), depending on service level
- Respond to noise complaints
- Audit lighting to alert you to dark areas where trouble may occur
- Report maintenance issues to share risks or damage that needs to be addressed
- Respond to medical crises, fire and emergencies
Parking Management
- Deter car prowls, siphoned gas, vandalism and stolen bikes/vehicles
- Digitally document unauthorized people or parking
Add-On Services Available
- Respond to alarms once you designate us as contact, we'll notify you only when the situation warrants it
- Respond to calls so we can take care of unsecured openings, water damage, garage or gate malfunctions, fire or power outages and more
- Dedicated onsite guard to stand post if required and authorized to secure your facility
- Firewatch, if your fire system goes down
- Support event management, including alcohol monitoring
