Northwest Enforcement elevates safety standards through ongoing, in-house training, so our officers are ready for real-world challenges. Our officers are trained to adapt to and handle any situation they are confronted with. Once trained, officers can gain compliance through respectful communication, de-escalate crisis situations and address emergencies. We offer ongoing career development opportunities and support officers with a field leadership team and 24/7 local dispatch to assist with daily training needs.

 

NEI Instructors certified by both Oregon DPSST teach weekly state certification classes both internally and externally.
