At Northwest Enforcement we do security differently.

We are transparent with our team and clients.

We look for team members that want to provide value to the team and the community we serve because nothing less will do.

We look for team members that are humble and have resolve.

We are looking for team members that reflect our core values, and who are...

Willing to receive detailed training

Skilled in specialized services that require them to hold special certificates

Detail oriented

Able to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment

Enjoy increasing safety and security by providing customer service and outreach

The Training Difference

Northwest Enforcement officers are trained to adapt to and handle any situation they encounter. Once trained, our officers know how to gain compliance through respectful communication, de-escalate crisis situations and address emergency situations.  We support officers with a field leadership team a 24/7 local dispatch.

Compensation that Mirrors Commitment

We recognize that to be the best we need to have the best team and compensation mirrors this commitment. Northwest Enforcement is currently recruiting at $4-6 above state minimum wage in different geographical areas. Benefits include insurance, sick time, paid time off, free trainings, referral program and opportunities for advancement. On top of that, since 2017, we’ve given a little over $2 million in quarterly raises to our team members. This is our way of sharing the success of our growth.

We’re a 24/7, 365 operation, so there are night, swing, day, weekday and weekend positions to choose from. Please see specific position announcements for starting pay, qualifications and requirements.

TEAM TESTIMONIALS

Officer Alexander Haynes Says...

“I want to be a leader, to help others achieve their potential and will lead not as a superior but as a friend and colleague. This company works together like a family.”

Patrol Officer Justin Telegin Says...

“I trust the leaders within this company and believe a lot of what we do in the community is aimed toward helping people who need it. I enjoy this job because I get to go out every night and I never know who I might be able to help and whom I might get to meet and show compassion and care for.”

Patrol Officer Jon Drenner Says...

“Northwest Enforcement’s vision is to become a brand that is synonymous with effective, reliable service and peace of mind. Providing this service with the best possible personnel, technology and infrastructure, growing and transitioning to a company that can provide custom service for a wider range of needs and expectations. I see in this company as an opportunity to grow not only in scale and revenue, but a company with a unique opportunity to be extraordinary. To become a calling rather than a transitional job."

Dispatcher Nick Wiseman Says...

"My experience working at Northwest Enforcement thus far has been nothing less than positive. This company has already given me numerous opportunities through training and experiences than I ever thought possible, and for that I am already grateful."

Officer Johnny Sexton Says...

"I care about my clients and the people around me.  I treat every client as I would like to be treated and watch over their businesses and belongings as if it were my own."
