Why We're Different

In an ever more uncertain environment, protecting our students is critical to giving them the opportunity to learn and grow. With Northwest Enforcement, you're getting officers that are trauma informed, equitable and empathetic. Not only is it a trait we look for, it's also a trait we train. Take a deep breath and know that, no matter what, your students, staff and authorized guests are safe, respected and cared for.

Northwest Enforcement can help prevent outside distractions from interfering with learning. Friendly, well-trained officers will proactively and positively interact with your staff and students. Officers are ready to act as crossing guards, resource officers, recess attendants and parking lot guides. They're also trained to help de-escalate difficult and emergency situations with trauma-informed care techniques that create positive outcomes in traumatic or crisis situations.
