Officer Highlight: Officer Yousif Alzaidi

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Yousif Alzaidi.

Since joining our team in August 2023, Ofc. Alzaidi has consistently demonstrated core values that define NEI: integrity, transparency, resolve, and humility. With perfect attendance and an impeccable record of zero complaints from both team members and clients, Ofc. Alzaidi stands as a shining example of reliability and dependability. Not only does he excel in his duties, but he also works seamlessly with others, building strong relationships within his team and community.

Ofc. Alzaidi’s commitment to going above and beyond is evident in the frequent positive mentions by team members. Whether it’s responding with a smile and urgency whenever help is needed or interacting with participants in the program, his approach is marked by compassion and a non-judgmental attitude.
