Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Travis Olson.

Since joining our team in February 2022, Ofc. Olson has demonstrated exceptional commitment and dedication. Starting initially with a part-time schedule, he quickly transitioned to full-time, showcasing not only his passion for the job but also his unwavering resolve to contribute his best to the team.

Ofc. Olson embodies our core values with every step he takes in his role. His humble approach, evident in his interactions with both team members and clients, fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere. His resolve shines through as he seamlessly handles duties, always demonstrating precision and accuracy. In dealing with clients and access control, he has not only gained confidence but has also become a reliable and trusted asset to his team. His transparent communication and consistent punctuality, with no attendance issues or lateness, reflect his commitment to Northwest Enforcement’s success.
