Officer Highlight: Officer Scott Gray

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Scott Gray

Since joining our team in August 2023, Ofc. Gray has exemplified our core value of resolve in every aspect of his service. His unwavering commitment to his duties is evident in his perfect attendance, willingness to take on extra shifts, and his exceptional report writing skills.

Ofc. Gray consistently goes the extra mile by proactively producing detailed and accurate reports. Recently, his resolve was truly put to the test when he stepped up to work in a patrol district he wasn’t familiar with during a staffing shortage. Through his problem-solving abilities and determination, Ofc. Gray not only managed the district effectively but also demonstrated exceptional dedication and investment in serving the community.
