Officer Malakowsky exemplifies the core values at the heart of Northwest Enforcement.

Ofc. Malakowsky, known for his exceptional flexibility, demonstrates a commendable commitment to duty by willingly going to any site without complaint. His stellar attendance record is a testament to his dedication to the team. Even when he needed to call off, Ofc. Malakowsky not only did so responsibly but also took on extra shifts, showcasing his resolve and investment in the success of our mission. His consistent and excellent performance has helped foster a sense of unity within our team and the communities we serve. As Ofc. Malakowsky celebrates his one-year milestone, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for his humble demeanor, unwavering resolve, and dedication to the values that make Northwest Enforcement the outstanding team that we are.
