Officer Highlight: Officer Adam Berken

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Adam Berken.

Ofc. Berken joined our team this past fall and has showcased exceptional dedication and commitment since day one. With zero attendance issues, he exemplifies the core values of resolve and investment in his role. During a recent snow and ice event, Ofc. Berken demonstrated true resolve by picking up shelter shifts on his days off and volunteered to work the shelters if patrol had to be downed. He shared that he found purpose in serving the community through this effort and it showed. We received high praise from shelter staff about his performance.

Not only does Ofc. Berken excel in his patrol duties, but he also proves to be a team player by willingly assisting other districts. His participation in our 2024 Leadership Class further exemplifies his commitment to continuous improvement.
