Officer Highlight: Officer Heidi Gehrke

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Heidi Gehrke.

Since joining Northwest Enforcement in October 2023, Ofc. Gehrke has quickly become an essential member of our team. She started at NEI as an on-site officer and has already earned a promotion to day patrol. Her investment and resolve show in her daily duties. She is a hard worker who consistently goes the extra mile to help her team. Ofc. Gehrke is always quick to jump in and help wherever she is needed. Her flexibility and willingness to help pick up shifts is a huge asset to our team, and she consistently does an exceptional job clearing out her district.
