Open Enrollment 2022

Okay team, so I wanted to have a little bit of communication with you about Wednesday night. Five o’clock Wednesday night until six o’clock Wednesday night. Here at the Northwest Enforcement Office and on Zoom, we are having our open enrollment for our medical insurance. We do this every year; we have to do this every year.

If you just signed up, let me give you an example. Let’s say your 90 days just ended back in September or something. And you got insurance in September, and you started October 1st. But you still have to do open enrollment for 2022. We have new rates; what it’s going to cost. Insurance always goes up; it’s always going to cost us more. We’re going to be explaining all that and where we’re headed and what we’re doing.

So this is really important. You need to zoom in. If you are one of those people that have to go to work, there’s going to be paperwork; it’s going to be handed out. We’re changing our dental insurance to something that we think is better, and they’re going to have a whole system wrapped around it. So there’s going to be more information about that for you coming up Wednesday night, five o’clock, between five and six. We’re going to turn on the Zoom, and we’re going to have a Zoom meeting.

We’re going to have our brokers here. Our insurance brokers that have been fighting and helping us try to get the best insurance rates possible. We’re going to have them here answering questions, going over information for everybody involved.

So please, please come to the office; be here. We’ll have the room set up; we’re going to have a great meeting about information regarding your health and your safety and things like that for you and your family. So please make sure you’re coming.

If you have no plans on having insurance and you’re still not planning to and you don’t want anything to do with it, you’re still going to have forms to fill out, and we’ll walk you through those. If you’ve got insurance and you’re wanting to know a little bit more information and stuff, there’s going to be stuff here. We’re also going to have some one-on-one meetings over the next couple of weeks available, some time slots for you to come in and sit down with our insurance brokers and hear some different information and ask personal questions, maybe that you don’t want to ask in a group meeting. We want to set that up and give that availability to you.

So please be here again on Wednesday, five o’clock for our open enrollment. If you can’t be here, at least on Zoom at five o’clock. That link is going out with this video, and it’ll probably go out a couple more times, today and tomorrow for Wednesday night.
