Officer Highlight: Officer Jerad Shane

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Jerad Shane.

Ofc. Shane, who joined our team in August 2023, has exemplified the core values that make Northwest Enforcement unique. In his role as a Community Safety Officer, Ofc. Shane has demonstrated an exceptional receptiveness to coaching and training, consistently striving to develop his skills for the benefit of our community and our team.

Recently, Ofc. Shane received well-deserved praise from a client who works alongside him during night shifts. The client highlighted Ofc. Shane’s quick responses, always arriving with a smile, and his remarkable interaction with their program participants – displaying compassion without judgment. Such qualities align perfectly with our core values of being humble, transparent, and invested in the well-being of the communities we serve.
