Officer Highlight: Officer Eric Horness

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Eric Horness.

As a new team member, Ofc. Horness has already made a great impression with his thoroughness, punctuality, and diligent work ethic. In the past three months, his emerging confidence and outgoing nature are apparent and show how much he brings to his team.

Ofc. Horness’s dedication extends beyond his basic duties as he actively seeks ways to improve operations and enhance the experience for site staff and visitors. His initiative in creating a spreadsheet to track average entry times demonstrates his proactive approach to efficiency and organization. This inititiave alone shows he truly understands our core value of transparency and our purpose to Be Valuable…because nothing less will do.
